So well taken care of in the switch over from previous insurance to Allstate . Taylor was so helpful in setting up the apps. So kind and especially patient with me in my lack of technology.

I am only insured with this policy b/c my mortgage lady (who is wonderful btw) knows Jessica that works under Jim. I have a homeowners policy that 1. Doesn't cover the value of my house 2. I don't have access to and 3. Have had no customer with. I have tried to address this with Jim Via Email with no response. I am too busy working to make calls or to shop for new insurance so I just have to deal with it until I do.
