I switched over the summer to save some money. It’s never simple switching insurance companies. It’s a bit of a hassle. The process went smoothly as I asked them to match the plan I had. Ended up being more affordable so I took the time to switch companies. I ended up sending the new plan to a friend for review who told me that they didn’t match the plan and I was actually not insured up to my state regulations. Jim and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My complaint is they sometimes take way too long to respond to my emails or phone calls. When they respond, they always get my issue handled. And I have a major problem with the company Allstate. They have been around almost as long as cars have yet they don't seem willing to come fully into the 21st century. My previous insurance company allowed me to add cars, remove cars, change my coverage, etc online all by myself. Allstate's site will not do that. Instead, it says ... read more
