I have been a client at the Jim Kelly Allstate Agency since I was 18 years old. Which was two owners prior to Mr Kelly. I have always been treated well at this agency. Recently, one of the agents named Nate Thompson has saved me a significant amount of money by intelligent changes to my policies. Nate knows his job inside and out and goes the extra mile to make sure that I have the insurance I need at a cost that I can afford. Thank you, Nate and thank you, Jim Kelly!
Insurance Agent here Orlando Paez is a complete scammer! The nicest and kindest person until you sign the contract and then: blocks your calls, then when picks up after calling on a different phone number, hangs up as does not want to lose his insurance commission when wanting to cancel. A real unethical and shameful agent.
Avoid one of the worst customer service, i have been a Allstate customer 20 years, this agent is a ghost, doesn't take calls or messages, Agent Nate listens in to phone calls, comes to conclusion, Nate told me to go to Geico,refused to take a message for Jim Kelly
