Taylor is always amazing to work with! Between changing policies, adding or removing vehicles, making early payments, and asking some of the dumbest questions, she always makes sure I have all the information I need or want. I have not had a bad experience with this company yet!
Not impressed! Number 1, why doesn't someone just answer the phone, instead of artificial intell- if this is what you call "In good hands", I completely disagree. I've called 3 times today and AI puts me through to an extension that does not pickup- again, NOT in good hands!! If you want to give great customer service, start by actually answering the phone. This is important because you have tons of competition. I will try to give my $$ to someone else.
