I love my insurance with Allstate. Jesse Pineiro office is very professional and easy to get ahold of. Very helpful and understanding.
I delt with Mr Pineiro a couple years ago and it was such a poor experience it still haunts me. I spent several weeks trying to contact him about billing that wasn't handled properly. This alone isn't enough for a 1 star review. The problem is that I stopped in the office every day for 3 weeks on my way home from work and day after day he refused to meet with me, giving every possible excuse as to why he was never available to speak in person or over the phone. Take your business elsewhere.
My experience and interaction with Allstate have always been very positive. There has never been a time that they have disappointed me. They stand by their word and are driven to take care of their customers in a time of need.
