Let me say I wouldn’t normally send a review for this. I went online to one of those cut rate insurance companies and all they do is redirect you to everybody else. With that being said I was sent to Allstate so I thought I would be talking to an AI person. Little did I know I met Terry. He is one of the nicest people in the insurance business that I have had a pleasure of dealing with. I was referred to this agency for a new policy quote. My contact was Heather and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even tweaked my policies quotes that I was asking for to customise them. She follows up and answered my questions.
Samantha (Sam) is excellent to work with! I needed a very specific and very competitive homeowners insurance quote in a very short turnaround time. She was on it instantly! When American Family Insurance dropped my insurance due to high fire risk in my area, I was afraid I would never find insurance from my home.
