Jeremy Dixon’s Allstate agency is fantastic. The whole team is knowledgeable, professional, and transparent about coverage definitions and any possible gaps, and they’re just genuinely nice to talk to. There was an issue with one of Jeremy's employees and I went there to discuss the matter with Jeremy. Initially, I was advised Jeremy was in meetings. After explaining the situation, Jeremy made time to step out of his meeting to speak with me directly. Jeremy was professional, respectful, easy to speak with and, most importantly, took ownership and resolved the problem appropriately. Let me say I wouldn’t normally send a review for this. I went online to one of those cut rate insurance companies and all they do is redirect you to everybody else. With that being said I was sent to Allstate so I thought I would be talking to an AI person. Little did I know I met Terry. He is one of the nicest people in the insurance business that I have had a pleasure of dealing with.
