I was with Allstate close to 15 years. I was automatically transferred to Jeremy Burk, when my agent left Allstate. Never ONCE did I receive a phone call from this Agent. I've only ever needed any kind of assistance maybe a handful of times, but have only been able to deal with his staff. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I have been with Allstate for a few years now. My experience has been great so far. Jeremy's staff has been very knowledgeable and gone above and beyond to meet my needs. Vanessa has especially gone out of her way to thoroughly explain coverage to me. I highly recommend Jeremy's office.
Jeremy could not have set me up in a better financial position.. give him a call!
