We have our homeowner, auto and umbrella policies with Allstate. The Allstate app is very convenient but there are times when I have questions and want to talk with someone. I am very impressed with the customer service whenever I call Jennifer Feld Allstate Insurance. No matter my questions or changes, the customer support representatives are friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly explain options. It is rare to receive this level of service and definitely deserving of an outstanding review.
Just talked to Paula Chambers about my car insurance. She was very helpful and assisted me in bringing my rate down. I also cancelled my umbrella insurance. Things are really tight right now and I don’t drive a lot anymore. She gave me all the options and let me decide what I needed to do.
