This review pertains more to Allstate in general, but the agency has some stake in this situation. I renewed my auto with them and noticed my homeowners insurance was about 8k a year higher than a competitor's. I called an investigated, they were honest and said we can’t beat that. I can respect it, but looong back I’ve grossly overpaid or a few years. Yes, ultimately it’s on me to look and shop, but isn’t that the point of having agents looking out for you? I would be extremely cautious of Allstate in general.
Absolute trash company. They came out to do a home inspection and completely made up a bunch of false issues on the reports and the pictures didn’t make sense with what the report is saying. Never ever go with Allstate. Awful company and awful people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - they will screw you over!
Got in an accident with an allstate customer so I think that's how they got my info. They have called me 8 out of the last 14 days trying to get me to buy insurance with them despite constantly telling them not to call me. You'd think that after I mess with them on the phone with crazy stories about having 20 cars insured for $15 they'd get the hint and stop trying.. Absolutely do not work with him or you will get spam calls FOREVER.
DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. They hire 3rd party scammers in India to bypass the Do Not Call list and have the calls transferred to them. I have the conversation recorded. They have now been reported to the FTC which will result in a $5000 fine. SHAME ON YOU ALLSTATE !!!
The do not answer the phones, emails, or even try do the bare minimum. Not a good guy, not looking out for his clients. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE
