Jeff was my agent for about 3 years, and at first everything is fine. I considered myself to be fairly low maintenance when it came to my coverage. I'd pay my bills, and had a very good driving record. I never really had to contact Jeff for the first two years, other than to talk every 6 months about payments. I have been with this Agent for I am not sure maybe 10 years, for my auto, renters, and house insurance. They have always been there for me and continue to make sure I am updated and covered. I have never thought of leaving. They remain the best deal for my insurance budget.

My Family came into this Agency asking for FULL COVERAGE insurance for my car in case of anything, and now that I got into an accident Jeff tells my family that we do not have rental coverage. What am I supposed to do without a car for 2 weeks. I have a job, i have errands to run, i have responsibilities. This agency has not given me the "full" coverage i payed for, and refuses to acknowledge that they made a mistake or even apologize.
