They change rates on you without letting you know! The rate is higher every 6 months and that’s with no tickets! I would avoid them.

For the first 6 month period, my rates were reasonable. The second 6 month period....not so much. My rates jumped over $60 a month over the previous 6 month period and now I'm paying over $200 a month. Needless to say, I'm looking for a different carrier.
