Jay Smits is not responsive. Terrible and unprofessional
Jay was great when I started my Policy, but after a year when I went to cancel I had to call and email him 3 or 4 times with no response. Ended up having to call Allstate’s executive team number to get 4 months of my policy refunded because he never canceled my policy or returned my emails. I would avoid him and go to any other agent in town.
Jay Smits, All State agent in Grand Rapids provided an exceptional client experience and level of client service assisting us with our home-owners policy < 24 hrs. Of our closing. Professional, cordial and a man of his word!
