Do not sign up this place I got a quote, canceled 3-4 times I’m somehow being billed for an auto policy I never signed up for or signed documents for and an rv which I also have never had. That we literally just asked to get a quote on. Allstate corporate have stated several times it would be taken care of after I gave them several documents showing they were trying to bill me for a vehicle I hadn’t had for months and an rv I had never had nor purchased. Jason and colleagues were great to work with! We had a nature claim and they were very instrumental and educating about each step along the way. I've never had body work done for an animal accident, Jason and his team walked me through it with no stress and left me confident I'd be taken care of. I've used Allstate through Jason's office for around 4 years. We have Auto and Home owners through them. Like most insurances you don't interact unless something happens. They have helped me to understand confusing issues, corrected my mistakes, and proactively offered suggestions to save money. I would highly recommend Jason Smits to Any & All.
We had a house fire 3 weeks ago and still have yet to hear from or be able to get ahold of Jason, our AGENT! We have dealt with adjusters of all kinds, none of which seem to be on the same page or know what they are doing and obviously work for Allstate rather than wanting to help us make sure we are taken care of. It is absolutely ridiculous that we haven't even been able to speak to him.
