We haven’t had any claims or tickets and have been with All State for over 30 years. We have our house and vehicles insured with this company. The prices are escalating motivating us to shop around for a different insurance.
I went to so. Sant Paul office on Tuesday this week. I haven't been there for quite a while. I have always had good luck when I go there, nice people. Until Tuesday I met Natalie wow what a horrible person, should not be dealing with the public. In less then a minute she had me so pissed off, I could not even get done what I went there for. That is not a way to run a insurance company. May be time to look around. I have been there a long time to bad stuff like this wrecks things.

I had been with them for 15+ yrs.. till recently.. I was treated very poorly by Via Guallpa so badly that I requested all my policies (3 vehicles and home insurance) to be emailed to me and I immediately started looking around.. well I found other insurance that was significantly cheaper(more than half the price on auto for the same compairable coverage and 1k a yr cheaper on home) well when I went to call Allstate to cancel my insurance and to inform them I had new insurance they didn’t even ask me why I was canceling or if... read more
