I had been with them for 15+ yrs.. till recently.. I was treated very poorly by Via Guallpa so badly that I requested all my policies (3 vehicles and home insurance) to be emailed to me and I immediately started looking around.. well I found other insurance that was significantly cheaper(more than half the price on auto for the same compairable coverage and 1k a yr cheaper on home) well when I went to call Allstate to cancel my insurance and to inform them I had new insurance they didn’t even ask me why I was canceling or if... read more
Would not recommend.Insurance agents (Via) was rude and spoke to me like I was bothering her.If you feel bothered perhaps find a new career. There are better options for insurance agency's who would love to have your business and treat you with respect....This place is not it.
