I have only had positive experiences when dealing with this agency. I can always call with a question and it always gets answered. When I purchased my last car Jason made sure he searched for all options to keep my payments within my current amount I was already paying. I appreciate the words of encouragement that are sent out. I would give this agent less than 1 star if the website allowed it. We started with Allstate when Jim Heffernan ran this office. We found him and his wife to offer superb service, but after Jim retired, the service declined and we left a few years ago. We came back to try again a year or so ago and I was surprised at some of the practices I saw going on with this agency. Working with Jason and Aimee was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I had requested a quote on home owners insurance and was given a quote that was competitive. When I told them I wanted to move forward, Aimee called and stated if would be higher because I didn't go with the car insurance. Even tho the home owners wasn't with the same company.
