My interaction with the last Allstate employee, Christopher, was very satisfactory.
Peach Orchard Allstate staff have been supportive and helpful with both car and home insurance policies. Mr. O'Neal has always taken time to explain changes, options, and pros and cons. He and staff always available to reach out to.
Usually I NEVER leave bad reviews, but today I am. I called to get a quote for insurance for our cars, I gave my information, the lady came back with the quote, which was a little more than what were actually paying now, however, I'm not satisfied with our current insurance company, so I wouldn't had an issue to swap...
