I had a terrible experience with Allstate Insurance. I signed up for a policy April 24th 2026 and then canceled it within 20 minutes, well before anything should have been processed. I made it very clear that I did not want the policy to go through. Despite that, four days later, they charged me $1,592.15 anyway. Received a discounted rate to begin with and then had to repeatedly jump through hoops to keep that rate, including having my driving tracked with my own phone, no less. I chose not to be spied on, so lost that discount. Please note: no accidents, no tickets and an excellent credit score.. Those obviously don't matter anymore... We were with AAA for 30 yrs, until it got too expensive.
