Good customer service and people skills. Persistence was his middle name out of quotes I got for insurance needs.
The lady who helped me was rude and spoke in a condescending way. I wanted some documents to be printed and she rolled her eyes and kept asking why when I've made it very clear to her. I didn't speak Spanish very well and was uncomfortable.
I appreciate this company but I definitely don't appreciate the inflation every 6 months, you should be somewhat rewarded if anything rather than punished for a good/clean driving record but maybe it's goes hand in hand with the economy issues we're having
