James Dellesandro and his staff have been so helpful and patient with my investing questions. He instills peace and confidence in what is the most scary thing for me (money). He reinforces that investing is about long term strategy and gains and not aggressive market trades each day. He reinforced that you can make a decision and change it later. I am most unsatisfied with this Allstate agency whatever I need to make a call I get customer service unable to reach anyone in the local office in chapel Hill like other agency customers have access to. It's frustrating trying to talk with someone way in another country somewhere somewhere in the local office I am going to figure out within the next month how to change to another Allstate agency for I can either go into the office or call someone locally
