At the beginning, Anna was very responsive. But the second I switched over from State Farm, I haven't heard back from my agent at all. I've tried to call and email but all I got was nothing back. Had I known that they would lack professionalism, I would have never picked this agent.
This agent is terrible, tried for two weeks to reach someone in the office to find out the agent office closed with no notification.
