I've been a client for 9 years. Rates always go way up with little to no explanation. The one time I had an accident (hit on my rear door) they seemed with the other insurer and found me at fault. I'm saving 50%! with another insurer on home and auto. It took three days to get a call back following calls and emails to cancel. Today, on the 5th day, I got confirmation they cancelled my policies. After 9 years I paid a ton and got no value with minimal service.
On April 2, 2020 I notified Somer Fay of Jack Sughrue's office I did not want to renew my policy in writing which she acknowledged and said it would be taken care of. It wasn't, they renewed my policy anyway and I'm in collections. Thanks for the hit to my credit Jack Sughrue
