Who sends spam mail that says “personal and confidential”, “open immediately”, and “IMPORTANT” on the letter. Why on earth would someone use an insurance company that employs shady tactics to get people to open your crap mail?
Worked with Justina Tozzi as a referral from my agent & her boss (Somer Fay/Jack Sughrue) - both Somer & Justina were absolutely amazing. Incredible customer service, extremely knowledgeable, made a complex situation seamless. Thank you all for finding a resolution and assistance to get coverage established. Highly recommend Allstate.
Transferred our insurance to Allstate told that the new was exactly same as our old . Then notice our house deductible had increased by 2000.00. beware of agents........
Terrible service. I called and told them that I had to switch banks because of fraudulent charges, gave them my new information and told them that if they charge my old account it won't go through because I had to close it. They were fully aware before my payment was even due and are now charging me extra $20 for the stop check fee!!! Trash, this is absolute trash customer service.
Ito begging with, this company sent me letter for a stimate of $1,326 home insurance. Like other insurance they are liers. The letter has ID NRO. , but the funny think is that the number cannot be use to pull my info. However the person who take my call give Dibke price that the one been offert in the letter . This company is no trustable. Horrible way to build bussiness.
