Rude and Unprofessional. Within one phone call I canceled my polices and filed a corporate complaint. The least professional and condescending person I have ever done business with.
Agent refused to help solve an issue with my account and told me I needed to go online to fix it. The issue was caused by an agent making a mistake when putting my email address into my account. A correct email is needed for a multi policy discount. Agent was condescended and even admitted to being rude. I ended up calling another All State agency close by where they were more then willing to easily fix the mistake and ensure that I didn't lose my discount. Great location, great service, honest man with fantastic pricing and very professional.
I have use Allstate Insurance through Mr. Escobar for many years. They have always answered my question in a timely manner. I hope to use them for many years to come.
