I worked with Lexi Wolfe at Heather's office. My Jeep windshield got hit by a big rock from a truck on the road and it caused a huge crack. I called Lexi and she worked with me and my coverage and advocated to get what I wanted for my Jeep. Definitely recommend Lexi and everyone at Heather's office for your insurance needs. They are always supportive and work for you the customer to get what you need.

The staff at Heather's office have been friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. They were able to help save me on home and auto. The Allstate app was an additional bonus that is easy to use and access documents such as my auto cards and home coverage. This is something my previous insurer did not have.

If you're looking for a solid Allstate insurance group, take the time to go sit and visit with the folks at Healther Napier Allstate agency in Chickamauga, GA. You'll find an entire staff of friendly agents and staff to promptly greet you and very knowledgeably discuss a wide range of insurance policy coverage and the multitude of discounts available.
