Have flood insurance for my vacation home here...luckily never needed it and hope I never do!
Worst rates and service finally left them after 10 years.
Mr. Soni does not help his clients and just tells you to call Allstate 800 number then hangs up on you. His staff say they are taking your issues to Mr. Soni, but he has no clue what is going on. Agent and national company just point fingers at each other. They both say only the other resolve your billing question. Stay far away from Allstate and especially Mr. Soni.
Allstate is a good company , im very happy with thier services.
