Overall bad experience, all I can say is don’t have the same name as your child, they don’t pay attention nor do they listen, I absolutely do not like the way they handle business, their app is crap and never updated! They refuse to bundle to save us money! I’m done!! I’ll tell everybody I know DO NOT USE ALLSTATE!!!!!!!!!
