He was very dishonest. Info was changed in our file after we complained. We never received our premium renewal notice it was only sent to the bank and I screenshot where it only had banks address on it in our acct online. After we closed our policy and complained they changed the document to then show our address. He told us multiple times he would look into and call back and give explanations on things and he never did. Will never do dealing with him or Allstate again. Very unfair practices.
