Terrible experience with Frazier Insurance concerning my Automobile Insurance. I went with a different Company because I received a much better rate. Then had a very difficult time with the owner over the phone to close my account. He was very rude. Suggest go somewhere else.
If I could give a no star rating I would. I informed this office that I would be switching to another company. I also had my new insurance company email Frazier Insurance staff person because she asked for it. One year later I am sent to collections. They said they did not receive notice that I was changing and the woman I spoke to on the phone was new and no longer works there and that she did not say and do what she was supposed to. I love Allstate, they treat you like family. Stephanie has the best customer service I’ve ever seen super friendly super patient answers all my crazy questions. She is definitely the best at what she does. Thank you again Stephanie.
