I spoke to Mr. Frazier when my insurance went up yet again. He found a way to save me on my insurance. I also explained it to Mr. Frazier I have a traumatic brain injury and to make sure that if something goes wrong to please call me. I know I said this. I tell everyone I do business with. They did not inform me my payments were not going through. So lastnight, I had to fork out over a thousand dollars by midnight or my insurance would be canceled. Horrible experience… my policies have been cancelled multiple times with no warning and all due to the agencies failure to do their job. My home policy has been cancelled multiple times due to them not uploading inspection pictures, not sending the bill to the right mortgage company and simply not following up. I have also had atv policies cancel for no reason. I’d stay away far away unless you want to check your policy daily to make sure they didnt mess it up.

Beware of this office unprofessional and scam i receive a latter on the mail for linsurance call them make me come to they office I pay for the entire year and few days later they didn’t be able to start the coverage and promised to return my money I told the woman on the phone to stop sending advertising with out check the property and she said No they make me sick 🤒
