They could use some developmental training on customer service and phone etiquette. They do not come across as very friendly at all. Not how you attract and retain customers.
Agents are rude I called for a quote and the quote was given extremely fast as if they were trying to rush me off the phone. Not professional at all. That made my family and I just move forward with another insurance.
The agent of this account is openly bashing members of the LGBTQ+ community and has made many public comments about how God and Jesus won’t love them. That has absolutely no business being in this industry and it is a shame that an agent with years of online presents is using it negatively to speak upon others. A quick scroll through his very public Facebook reveals radical views and opinions that should not be be associated with Allstate.
