I would give a negative 5 stars if I could!
We had to switch our Allstate agent due to consistent NO response from Frank Manouchka Mercer Allstate. We called the 1-800 to find out what was going on for months ...until we switched the agency. It used to be a good place to use for insurance with but NOT anymore.
This is the greatest insurance agency EVER!!! Thanks to the agent her self and the fantastic group of people that work out of her office, especially LJ, always willing to help with professionalism and his kindness....thank you!
