I have been trying to contact the agency for a week. I’ve emailed and left voicemails more than necessary. The lack of communication is ridiculous.
I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication with this particular agency! Recently purchased a new vehicle and I’ve been calling and emailing for over a week with no reply back or call back. The app won’t let us add or change the vehicle or else we would’ve done that. This agency never answers their phone during business hours. If zero stars was a thing I’ll rate them with a zero star!
Generally the office is great with returning calls. But it has been 3 weeks and no response. I have left voice messages and sent emails to Susan and Frank with no response.
Susan, always gets me a correct answer. She is pleasant and professional. I recommend Frank Batsche : Allstate.. for all your insurance needs.
