I’ve been with Allstate since 1989 and with Evangeline/Yvonne since she opened. She stopped returning our calls, our earthquake insurance was canceled, turns out her business has been closed and no notification from her OR Allstate. After 4 hours with Allstate, turns out the changes we had trusted her to make, she did not. She had added full coverage on a 30 year old vehicle, our home over insured by at least 400k, NONE of the info about our home was correct even though we’ve given it to her multiple times. Impossible to reach. What agent makes themself this difficult to contact? If you like getting fooled, know that this 503 phone number will not get you to her. It will get you to an automated helper, then to an overseas customer service center. Have fun! I am hoping to remove this review or make it 5-stars once she tells me how to reach her.
While the front is ugly as sin, at least from certain angles this building still looks nice
