My daughter had an accident on Thanksgiving and totaled her ride. Allstate handled the whole process faster than expected, much.
If I could give no stars I would. My auto insurance policy was cancelled and I made the payment 1 day later than the grace period. Received no communication about this, even though they said they did. I strongly advise you not speak to Shay about your policy and any changes you need to make. I gave her the correct address for my renter's insurance, only to find out she had my old apartment on the policy.
