Have to call multiple times to follow up on things. Then had questions and phone system says they’re closed on a Friday in the morning. (Website says they’re open). Wanted to stay with Allstate for purchasing a new home with insurance, but couldn’t get anyone and ended up saving money on both home and auto with another agent on Nationwide anyways.
