Extremely disappointed. Master bedroom ceiling leaking for over 3 weeks. Nothing done, yet. Impossible to get calls returned. Originally offered $500 (our deductible) to have repair. No floor in bathroom above. I realize we'll need to buy toilet. They haven't even put fans in (Something contractor said wold be done immediately). Tore huge hole in ceiling... nothing is being done. Nobody is returning calls.
