tanya is super responsive and knowledgeable. been dealing with her for 10+ years. takes 5 minutes and problems are always solved satisfactorily.
They will pour honey in your ear until you need something done. I got a divorce and have tried to separate from them for months. Once I did, they couldn’t even get the addresses right. I keep getting my ex-wife’s insurance cards and info delivered to an address that she doesn’t have anything to do with. They tried to be slimy and increase a policy during a divorce, and won’t stop sending the wrong paperwork. Their prices are more than triple those of Progressive. Run!
