Doug Townsend crashed into our car and was extremely aggressive towards me and my boyfriend. I don't trust his abilities as an insurance agent because of how unhelpful he was. He threatened to call the police, so I did, and the officer told him that the crash was his fault. Horrible man. Don't do business with him. 0/10 Warn your friends.
Our representative was very thorough and thoughtful. She walked us through every step calmly and professionally. We are very satisfied with Allstate service!
