Wanted to get home insurance from Allstate. My house was 95 years old and apparently that takes an in-town agent rather than the online quote (don’t know why but it does). I sent Doug the coverage that I selected from the website. Doug responded with coverage that would cost 35% more. I asked him to reduce his suggested coverage back to what I had selected. Doug simply refused. Would not recommend.
