I have had Allstate for some years now. I bought a new vehicle and switched over full coverage. The agent asked me if I wanted all the same things from my last policy. I said of course. Little did I know he did not add the roadside assistance along with everything else. Found that out the hard way. On the roadside. I got some money back from the good driving rewards.
