Very horrible experience trying to get a refund. They gave me a quote online then the local agent called and said it was actually 5x the amount quoted. Very hard to get a refund and ended up going with progressive for more than half a decrease from Allstate’s quote. The funny thing is they charge you before letting you know how much you actually will be paying each month.
