I tried to cancel my insurance after getting a better quote elsewhere. First attempt, in writing via Allstate online message to agent which resulted in no response. Second attempt was by phone and email which was successful. But the next day, Allstate charges my credit card for the renewal. It has been a full week later now and I still don’t have my money back for the cancelled policy. With such poor business practices and lack of agent support I would never use the Diane Michael agency or Allstate again.
