Just too many mistakes. Great people, but truly subpar service. Edit - going "above and beyond" means nothing when people in the office cannot complete tasks as an insurer, and the client suffers for it. I rate insurers on accuracy and efficiency.

The entire staff is prompt, professional and courteous. I've never had a negative encounter. I was a refugee of the lizard and my sister and brother-in-law followed me after I was treated so well.
