Been with Diana and team for over 30 years. Love the responsiveness to our requests. Can always count on them. Adding a 2nd shoutout to the team. Had the insurance updated and new insurance card before I left the dealer with a new car. Responded in less than an hour with everything I needed. Impressive
Just too many mistakes. Great people, but truly subpar service. Edit - going "above and beyond" means nothing when people in the office cannot complete tasks as an insurer, and the client suffers for it. I rate insurers on accuracy and efficiency.
