I Was Told By This Insurance Company That One Of My Rental Properties Couldn’t Be Insured By Them, So Stated To Cancel All Of Policy, This Company Didn’t Do That Instead They Still Billed Me, Never Notified Me That I Was Still Been Billed Until The Bill Ends Up In Collection ………….. I Would Not Recommend This Insurance Company
The staff and the service was great.
The office of Dexter Walden is great. Everyone is super nice and super helpful. They try their best but dealing with claims reps outside of their office is a nightmare. I'm still in the middle of an accident claim on my car. I was in a wreck in Dec and the Allstate body shop still has my car. Allstate claims agents have NOT been helpful at all, have NOT kept me in the loop or returned my calls, and they're in it for the bottom line...which is theirs. Lord help if I ever have a claim on my home owner's insurance. Will be ditc... read more
