They do not answer phone or return calls.
While traveling abroad, I called in to get details on auto coverage on a rental car in a foreign country. Was told that I would get a call back. That call never happened. More recently, I called in to get an explanation as to why my auto premiums increased over 30%. Was told that I would get a call back. That call never happened. Moving on to a new auto insurance provider from this Allstate Branch was the easiest decision I've ever made.
Most of the time, I call Allstate. Most of Desirae's work has been done by her mom, who is the receptionist, not a licensed agent. The last time I needed to talk to her, she was unavailable. Doesn't answer the phone or is never in the office. I wasn't happy when your mother told me my car would always be salvaged and have a salvaged title. Others also disagree with me.
