Most of the time, I call Allstate. Most of Desirae's work has been done by her mom, who is the receptionist, not a licensed agent. The last time I needed to talk to her, she was unavailable. Doesn't answer the phone or is never in the office. I wasn't happy when your mother told me my car would always be salvaged and have a salvaged title. Others also disagree with me. Here is your sign to cancel Allstate specifically Desirae Daugherty: Allstate Insurance. They have the absolute worst customer service. We called this morning because the insurance for the cars has increased almost $400 a month so we decided to look around . When we called, the lady we spoke to clearly was having a bad day and just went straight to “well your home owners insurance will go up to $200” so we decided to bundle the insurance elsewhere. I called for an auto and home insurance quote, but got voicemail. Someone called me back over 8 days later. When someone is looking for insurance, usually they will be looking to buy that day or the next day, not the next week. Though I may be wrong. My point is, if you are interested in gaining customers, make sure you return calls as soon as possible. There’s no excuse for waiting over a week.
