Have never had 1 problem there always a positive encounter with all the staff.
10 + years seems like a long time to be doing business with a company. I made the mistake thinking they were taking care of me. Maybe at first they were and I appreciate that, but at some point they started taking advantage of me. That is not ok, who else are they taking advantage of? Shame on AllState. I would recommend any other agency besides Derek Newtons, because you'll not be taken advantage of and they will treat you better.
