Dennis is well-versed in the insurance business. We discussed the protection I'd need for my home and auto when I began working with him. I've just had an insurance claim and not only did Dennis get my claim submitted right away, but he followed up with me and Allstate was professional and pleasant to work with. I was assigned to this branch when my other agent quit. I never had any requests at all, until one day after about a year, I needed a new insurance card mailed. I left a voice mail since they did not answer the phone. After one week of no reply I called Allstate to ask for a new agent. I got one and the new one is great.
Efficient!! claims are super easy with my assigned adjuster even called me same day I filed the claim ON A SUNDAY, check was received using Quick Photo option before the car was even fixed. Adjuster went to " fix it " place and process the sumplement. Got the rental done with out stress.
