Premiums kept going up, coverage kept going down. Cancelled my car insurance when I found a policy $300 cheaper somewhere else. Then my buildings insurance changed the deductible from a set $2500 to 1% of value (~$8000). So if a storm destroyed the roof, I would get an assessment of $2000. All State condo insurance does not protect me from assessments for wind and hail damage. So it's pretty darn worthless.

Denise does not return phone calls, and I completely agree with all the other bad reviews here, I had the same poor experiences. Additionally, as an Auto-Pay customer she added unwanted coverage to my policies, once I noticed them they were removed, and I was refunded, but this is how this office operates. I should have switch agents a long time ago, but it's just a hassle. THERE ARE WAY TO MANY OTHER AGENCIES AROUND STAY AWAY FROM DENISE.
Danielle is on her game!! Has always shown me professionalism with a side of genuine friendship sprinkled in kindness. It can be scary to a young adult finding car insurance, but Danielle's hospitality makes the experience easy going. I honeatly feel like I'm in "good hands" because of Danielle!!! 15/10 would recommend to a friend!
