Great service. This was my first time using a local All State agent and I am highly satisfied. Charles Guarino was very helpful and educated me on the awesome services offered by All State. He was deliberate with his services and geuine about seeing the person behind the $$$ versus just the $$$ I will be moving our vehicles over this month and I am excited to finally put a face to an insurance business. Awful awful awful experience. So bad that I had to drop Allstate. I was misquoted from the word go and NO ONE including the manager Will could explain my high premium or why it kept changing. Too many other agents to chose from to bother with this inept place!
