I did a great deal of shopping around for a good home insurance company,after many frustrations,we switched to Allstate a year ago,and just had the annual renewal. Wildly expensive compared other options, and I received constant unwanted calls from Bob about renters insurance. When I did need help, it was hard to get in touch with the office. I changed my coverage to progressive, which was over $100 a month cheaper.
