Very friendly staff. Was extremely helpful when my daughter bought her new car. Things didn't go so smoothly, but they were patient and we worked through it.
I recently worked with Lee to add an item to my policy, and he was also very helpful when there was an issue with a related claim. While the claim team handled the claim itself, Lee stepped in to coordinate and follow up, keeping me informed and ensuring everything was addressed correctly. I’ve found the office overall makes managing my home, auto, and umbrella policies easy, and Lee is a great example of their responsive, friendly, and helpful service.
Only been a customer for about 6 months but very satisfied with this agency so far. We changed from State Farm which was a good move.
