We’ve had an incident and had to very very bad service from Allstate representatives. The customer service rep yelled at us and did nothing to help us. We just had poor service from them and Tried to call David about the situation, he did not care or do anything about it. If I could switch agents I would. I know I’m not the only client he has nor do I want to be the center of the universe. But if I pay for a service I expect to get what I pay for.
